Our Work

The Refuge is now at any one time home to around 15 equines,100 dogs and 30 cats, not to mention the constant stream of puppies and kittens passing through the gates.

Our priority is to try to help the animals who have no one. Our aim  is to rehabilitate the animal, sterilize and vaccinate. Then where possible to find a good new permanent home. However, if the animal is too old, has an illness or is not sociable enough to be re homed, then it will live out its days on the farm.

Whilst our hope is to re home as many of our animals as possible, our priority is to provide a safe, comfortable  and enjoyable life for the ones who remain with us.
